Commercial Security
Commercial Security & Fire Alarm — Central & Eastern Arkansas
If the answer is “I’m still waiting,” you already know what this page is about. Somewhere in the last year your security company got absorbed into something bigger, the techs who knew your building moved on, and now you’re explaining your own panel to somebody three states away who’s never walked your floor.
We’re in McCrory. Call us.
What We Cover
Intrusion & burglar alarm Commercial panels, sensors, monitoring. Schedule-based auto-arming so the building arms at close whether anybody remembered or not.
Fire alarm Design, installation, monitoring, and inspection. In-house under CMPY.3645 — not subbed to somebody else’s schedule.
Access control Stop rekeying every time somebody quits. Badges, mobile credentials, audit logs. → Access Control
Video surveillance Cameras your managers will actually use and your insurance will actually accept. → Video Surveillance
The Part Most Security Companies Sub Out
Access control needs power. Cameras need PoE and conduit. Mag locks have to release when the fire panel trips — that’s code, and it’s exactly where a security integrator and an electrician end up pointing at each other while your doors don’t work.
We hold all of it:
- Electrical Contractors License #45045
- AR Board of Electrical Examiners M-9644
- Alarm License CMPY.3645
- Licensed & bonded general contractor
- TIPS Awarded Vendor
One contract. One company. One phone number, and a person picks it up.
You Probably Don’t Need a New System
Most commercial panels around here are fine. The hardware isn’t the problem. The company behind it is.
We can take over most existing systems — swap the communicator, move you onto our platform, keep your panel, your devices, your zones, your wiring. Cheaper than a rip-and-replace. Usually one visit. And you get an app that wasn’t designed in 2014.
If your system genuinely is junk, we’ll tell you and quote a replacement. But we look first.
Schools, Cities, and County
We’re a TIPS awarded vendor. An Arkansas school district, city, or county can contract with us through an existing cooperative agreement instead of running a full bid.
For schools specifically, Alarm.com’s access control does the thing you actually need:
- Per-user credentials with time windows — the custodian’s badge works 6–9pm and nowhere else
- Scheduled locking that doesn’t depend on anyone remembering
- An audit log — who opened which door, when
- Remote lockdown from a phone
And because we’re the electrical contractor too, the doors, the power, and the mag lock interlock to your fire panel are all one contract with one company answering for it.
Three Platforms, Not One
Most security companies sell whichever platform they’re locked into. We carry Brivo, Alarm.com, and Alula — which means we can put you on whichever one actually fits your building, including when that’s the cheaper one.
If somebody’s only ever offered you one option, that wasn’t a recommendation. It was inventory
Questions
How fast can you get somebody out? Call and we’ll tell you honestly. It’ll be a real answer with a day attached, not a ticket number.
Can you take over our existing system? Usually. Most commercial panels can be taken over with a communicator swap. Send us a photo of your panel and we’ll tell you.
We’re under contract with our current company. Can we switch? Depends what you signed. Send us the agreement and we’ll read it with you. Sometimes the answer is “wait five months,” and we’ll tell you that instead of selling you something.
Can our school district or city buy through TIPS? Yes. That’s what TIPS is for — an existing cooperative agreement, no full bid process.
How Long Has It Been?
Since anyone from your security company set foot in your building. Since somebody inspected your fire alarm. Since you talked to a person instead of a queue.
